How can I get in touch with you? You can call us Monday - Friday between 8:30 AM and 4 PM Central Time at 1-844-358-1447. (toll free) You can email us anytime at info@ginakdesigns.com.  We will reply to your email as soon as possible.  Customer Service is only available to answer emails on weekdays, excluding Holidays, between 8:30 AM and 4 PM Central Time.  Emails are answered in the order received.

How do I Log In and Out of my Gina K Account? Click on LOGIN located at the top of the screen.  Or click on the lock symbol in the upper right corner of the screen.  It is located right next to the shopping cart icon.  Once you have registered (created an account), enter your email address and password in the section on the left and select Log In.  This will take you to your account dashboard page.   (The padlock is the universal symbol for Log In.) On Your account dashboard page you can track orders, view order history, update personal information, load photos, view a wish list, view a wait list and more. To Log Out/Sign Out, click on the lock icon again.  In the center of your dashboard page next to your name you will see a sign out link.  Click on the sign out link to sign out.  Or page down and click on the LOGOUT box.

How long does shipping usually take? That depends on when you place your order and if we are having a release or a sale.  Shipping times can vary depending on how many orders are ahead of your order.  In between releases and sales, we generally ship within 10 business days.  During release times or coupon sales, shipping times are considerably longer.  We usually ship within 17 business days depending on what time you place the order during a release or a sale.  If you place your order right away, shipping will be much faster than if you place your order on the last day of a sale.  We process orders in the order they are received.

How much does shipping cost? US Shipping Costs = $6.95 -- We offer free shipping for all US orders that have a minimum total of $50.  The total is calculated before tax and after all coupons are applied. Canada Shipping Costs = $8.95 All other International Shipping Costs = $15.95

Do I need a PayPal account to pay for my Gina K purchase?
You do not need a PayPal account to purchase from Gina K Designs.  Gina K Designs uses the PayPal system to process all payments.  PayPal is how we connect to your credit card bank.  

Make sure you are signed into your Gina K account before checking out.  You have four payment options at the bottom of the Check Out Screen. 

PayPal Venmo Pay Later (Only if you are a PayPal Customer) Debit or Credit Card (PayPal Guest Checkout)

When your financial transaction is complete PayPal presents you with a pop-up window to join PayPal.  If you do not choose to join PayPal, simply close the window.  PayPal will send you an email when the financial transaction is completed.  

How will I know when a product is back in stock? If a product is out of stock, the button will display "Read More" instead of "Add to Cart".  If you select "Read More" you can then select "Add to Wait List". By selecting "Add to Wait List" you are sent an email when the item is back in stock and available for purchase.  The item has not been added to your shopping cart and it has not been paid for.  If you wish to purchase the item, you will need to create a new order and complete the checkout process including the payment process.

How much do I need to spend to qualify for a free incentive stamp? To qualify for a free incentive stamp set, a single order must have a minimum subtotal of $75.  The subtotal is calculated after coupons are applied and before shipping fees and taxes are applied.  The stamp set ships automatically without adding it to your shopping cart. The button has been disabled so you will not be charged for it because you cannot add it to your cart.  You will not see this item listed on your order invoice, shipping email or packing slip.  This gift is available while supplies last. Maximum of one Incentive Set per order.  Free incentive stamp set changes often and without notice.  When a new incentive stamp set is released, the previous incentive stamp set will be available for purchase when in stock.

Do you accept returns? Yes, see below.

45 Day Return Policy:  Items can be returned within 45 days of purchase date.  The products must be unused and unopened.  Proof of purchase is required.  No returns accepted without original packaging.  We will not accept returns on clearance or discontinued items.  If your order total drops below the amount for free shipping or for the free incentive stamp, shipping fees and incentive costs will be deducted from your refund amount.  We do not process exchanges due to the additional shipping costs.  You will receive a refund for the returned products.   Send returns to:  Gina K Designs - Returns, 2805 S. 160th Street, New Berlin, WI 53151 Please include a note with your name, phone number, order number, and reason for return.  Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

45 Day Replacement Policy:  If you received the wrong product or a damaged or defective item, please contact Customer Service within 45 days of purchase date.  We will correct the issue as soon as we can.  Defective merchandise will only be replaced within 45 days of order date. Additional return information for Fuse and Intra-Cut Machines: 

***PLEASE NOTE- Fuse Foiling Systems and Intri-Cut Die Cutting Systems are subject to a 25% restocking fee. *Three month warranty against manufacturer defects. Please keep your original receipt and proof of purchase in order to receive a manufacturer replacement. Manufacturer has the right to refund instead of replace. Machine will only be replaced once

Do you have an Angel Policy? Yes, you can use our products on any completed handmade projects that you hand-stamp and sell in small quantities. You may sell what you make at craft fairs, Etsy stores, and other small shops and venues. You may not mechanically reproduce our images. You may not mass produce our images. You may not produce our images to sell for others to use in their crafting projects. For example, you may not create pre-stamped images or die cuts and sell them to other crafters. You may not include pre-stamped designs in crafting kits that you sell. You may sell completed cards, home decor, scrapbook pages and other items made with our stamps and papers.

Can I add something to my order? Items can not be added to an existing order because the financial transaction has been completed and there is no way for us to capture additional funds to cover additional items.  You can enter a new order for the additional items.

Can I combine multiple orders? Due to the high volume of orders that we receive we can no longer combine orders.
