All You Need is Love

40

Today, I was playing around with card ideas for this week’s Scrappy Hour event at our brick and mortar store. I decided to get out this cute little mini set call All You Need is Love and the Sunshine stencil. I don’t make a lot of Valentine’s Day cards but I do like to send cards out to a few special people during the Valentine’s Day season.

I used some Sweet Corn and Sweet Mango ink to create the sun and then stamped the birds with some Obsidian Amalgam Ink. I used Copic Markers to color the birds and flowers and added the little sentiment stamped in black. If you are coloring with Copic Markers, you can also use our Black Onyx Dye ink as all of our Dye Inks are Copic compatible.

You can find these supplies below:

Hugs,

So cute! I hope you will consider adding the video so we can watch how you made it. I know it seems “cut and dried” to most stampers, but I’m a visual learner, so the videos are my go-to preference.

Happy New Year to you and your family Gina. Yes please make the tutorial on this card. I love to see and hear you explaining ways of making beautiful hand made cards.
I live in South Auistralia, and our country is under fire at the moment, so making cards makes you forget a little about the devastating fires!

Wondering why you are even thinking about it Gina?, off course it would be an EXCELLENT idea to do a video, after all, that is why I came to the site here, I didn’t realize it wasn’t a video as I just clicked on the image because I want to know how you got those birds to work?
Yes, waiting patiently for the video to arrive 🙂 I love the colours and the way you have done this.
Because I live in Australia, and can’t put my hands on your products easily, I will need to substitute, but use the same idea.
