Quick and Easy Holiday Card Series Starts Today!

Welcome back!

Today, I have a new video for you and it’s the first in a series of quick and easy holiday cards. I will be using stamps, dies and stencils from our recent release along with many of our other holiday products to create simple cards that are fun and easy to create!

In my first episode, I make this quick and easy snowman card. I will show you how to create the snow hills and how to add texture to his hat and scarf.

Supplies:

Stamp Sets: Winter Hugs, Folk Art Snowflakes (From the Warm Winter Wishes Kit)

Dies: Winter Hugs, Double Stitched Ovals, Single Stitched Ovals

Cardstock: GKD Layering White, Black Onyx, Heavy Base Weight White, (Soft Stone for cutting template)

Embossing Folder: Cuddlebug Swiss Dot

Ink: GKD Ocean Mist, Black Onyx

Copic Markers: BG45, B00, C1, RV10, YR65, 0

Connect Glue, GKD Frozen Glitter, Sequins, Marvy Jewel Picker, Spellbinders Platinum Die Cutting Machine

 

Measurements:

White Card Base- 5 1/2″ X 8 1/2″, scored at 4 1/4″ and folded in half

Black Onyx Layer- 3 7/8″ X 5 1/8″

White Layer- 3 3/4″ X 5″

    I really enjoyed making this card. On one card I used the snowman from Snow One Like You. On the second card I used the snowman from Holiday Season. Used several snowflakes from past stamp sets. They were so fun to make I couldn’t stop smiling while making them
