Hello and Welcome Back!
This is my second blog post today but I really needed to share this with you guys! Karen Hightower made a video on No-line watercoloring that makes me think that even I might be able to do this!
Karen takes you slowly, step-by-step through her process of coloring a few of these flowers and leaves in her beautiful Mega Wreath below:
You will love Karen’s slow pace on this and if you have the Zig Clean Color Markers, you might want to color along with her as a practice run! Karen has a great YouTube Channel and you can subscribe HERE for more videos like this one.
You can find Karen’s website and blog HERE for more beautiful cards and ideas.
Arjita Singh also has a great video on how she does No-line coloring with Prismacolor Pencils!
Watching her, I think I might give this one a go as well. Her video is a sped up a bit, however, the way she uses the pencils, it’s easy to see how she is achieving her goal.
Between Karen and Arjita and all of the other design team members and guest designer who have created gorgeous projects with the Vibrant Blooms, we have sold out of the stamp set. We have another large order of them coming and if you click HERE and then click on the notify me button, you will get an email the minute they come back in stock so you can get yours. We also have more dies on order as they are almost gone as well.
Here are some other stamp sets that have a similar feel to Vibrant Blooms that will work in the Mega Wreath Builder and will be perfect for this technique:
All of these sets also have coordinating dies.
No-Line coloring with the new Amalgam ink is the way to go! You can find all of our Amalgam inks HERE. Choose Barely There, Whisper, Skeleton Leaves or Warm Glow for the best No-line coloring results. They won’t bleed no matter what you use to color so your color will stay true and pure.
Enjoy today’s inspiration and Happy Stamping!
