When my husband became active in the army in 2001, my little comfortable world began to change. I gave up my job as a public relations director and got the family ready to move across the country. I decided that my children needed me more than ever because we were so far from our families, so I stayed at home and took up scrapbooking. I always loved doing artistic things and this was a great way to chronicle my three children as they grew (too fast!)

I started stamping in the fall of 2003. It was my first endeavor into anything crafty or artistic. I have discovered I love paper crafting! I have moved on from cards to altered items and am now trying my hand at digital as well. I host the weekly Color Challenge on Splitcoaststampers
and spend a lot of time keeping my website up to date with ideas and tutorials.

In 2001, I was introduced to the world of Stampin' Up! I became a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator in June of that year. 5 1/2 years later, I'm still here and still stamping away. For years I said that I would never stamp. All it took was the right company to come along and change my outlook on it. Stamping opened up a whole new perspective for my creative outlet. Stamping seemed to meld really well with my scrapbooking and a whole new obsession was born.
One of my newest passions is creating commissioned work for people that enjoy what I do. And, of course, I continue to work on my own personal scrapbooks, altered art, stamping and papercrafts. After all, it's more than a passion. It's an obsession. :)

I started stamping with my Momma when I was around twelve years old; I didn't start enjoying it until about age fourteen. I started making simple cards then trying a few techniques. In 2005 my Momma found an exciting website - www.splitcoaststampers.com! After browsing through the gallery and stamping forums I found a way that I could improve my stamping. I studied the other artists' styles, decided what made their style unique, and began creating my own style.
I have been published several times in Stampington's magazines, and am now a design artist for Gina K. Designs! My other interests are landscaping, architecture, web design, photography, Christian film making, and hunting.

My husband of 28 years and I reside in
Art has served as a creative outlet all my life, with a passion for paper crafting in particular. What’s new and exciting for me is sharing my work in the public arena which I began recently, approximately six months ago.
I am blessed and thrilled beyond words to serve on GinaK’s design team. This is my very first design team assignment and I am eager to get to know all of you while working with all the fantastic GinaK stamp designs! I am so appreciative and truly grateful for this amazing opportunity. Thank you, Gina!

Faith has been stamping for over 20 years. She started as a stamper, graduated into scrapbooking/book making, and then took a turn to quilting/designing.
An accident, that paralized Faith, closed the door on quilting and opened a window onto scrapbooking, again. Soon, she was published, teaching classes and was a "Scrapbooking Star" for Creating Keepsakes' Scrapbook Conventions. (Faith was paralized for under 2 years, and now enjoys full mobility!)
Three years later, she became a SU! demo and joined Splitcoast Stampers in 2006.
She was the Featured Stamper in July 2007 on SCS, and on several different blogs over the past few years.
Currently, Faith is a Creative Architect for Innovative Stamp Creations and a design team member for H & M Stamps.

I’m a gal that grew up in the Motor City, who somehow ended up in the wilds of Montana! I married my best friend, Ken, who doesn’t mind my inky fingers and we have two great kids, Cal and Ellie. By day, I work from home as editor of a regional women’s magazine, Yellowstone Valley Woman. By night, you’ll find me blogging or stamping the night away in my “mom cave.” I feel lucky to have found this awesome hobby 8 years ago and truly cherish all the fun and friendships I’ve had along the way. I’m so honored and excited to be working with Gina K. alongside this amazingly creative team!

I started stamping about 3 years ago when a good friend of mine signed up as a SU! demo and I joined her monthly stamp club. I quickly realized that this was the craft for me and have been an obsessive stamper ever since.

I live in a little rural town in Ohio and commute to Dayton each workday. I work as a Finance Assistant for AIDS Resource Center Ohio, a nonprofit organization that assists people infected and affected by HIV. My husband and I are empty nesters now. I've had no formal art training outside of one watercolor class, although, I consider myself a Pastel Artist. But, stamping is my number one craft. I get so much pleasure out of creating something quickly with rubber stamps.
